  • * Established and currently administrating the first GB Rail Performance Benchmarking Group in the area of Employee Health and Wellbeing.
  • * PhD researcher: Developing Key Performance Indicators and developing a collaborative benchmarking framework for rail in several areas: Safety, Health and Well-being, Sustainability and Freight.
  • * Responsible for providing analytical support within the R&D directorate and wider RSSB. The support covers a broad range of analytical tasks, delivering value to GB rail through the optimal use of available funding, in line with the rail industry, Department for Transport and RSSB objectives. Other activities include: Horizon Scanning, Knowledge Analysis, Thought Leadership campaigns, Emerging Technology Analysis, Project monitor/manager (e.g. Whole System Modelling of the Woking to Waterloo route with the aim of increasing network capacity (a budget of £250,000 + £250,000 in kind)).
